孟昭飞，江苏徐州人，现为“联合国非物质文化遗产传承人”，“联合国非遗艺术传播大使”、“联合国非遗贡献奖”获得者。中国书法家协会会员，香港中国书法家协会会员，中国书画家协会常务理事，徐州市书协会员;被聘为世界华人书画家协会副主席,中国国际艺术家协会终身艺术顾问，中国名人艺术协会副主席、中华书画学会副主席，中国互联网联盟艺术总监，《人民美术报》社副社长，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员，中国民族建筑研究会艺专委委员、丹青翰龙巴黎国际艺术中心特聘书画家，墨宝收藏签约艺术家，国家一级书法师。

自幼酷爱文学诗书画艺术，勤于文，痴于书，迷于“二王”。习书以楷入手，临学历代名家;行书多研“二王”和赵体，上追魏晋，下摩宋明;篆隶取法秦篆汉碑;草书效仿右军各贴、孙过廷《书谱》、智永《千字文》等，久习成体，师古不泥，逐渐形成端庄秀丽、潇洒俊逸、正大气象之书风。
