王旭东,字晓阳。原籍山东夏津县,1952 年 2 月出生于河北省邯郸市。大专文化,1969 年下乡插队,1977 年专业从事文化宣传工作。现为邯郸市工人文化宫正高职研究馆员,中国书法家协会会员:中国硬笔书法协会理事兼行书委员会副主任;中国文联书画艺术交流中心理事;中国教育学会书法教育研究会会员;中国书画名家研究院副院长;河北省书协 1 至 4 届理事、5 届主席团委员;河北省诗词协会会员;河北省硬笔书协副主席、邯郸市书法家协会名誉主席;市硬笔书法家协会主席;赵都书画艺术研究院院长、山东省书画研究院教授。自1982 年担任文化宫宣传科长,1983 年受邯郸市文联委托,文化宫委派负责筹建市书法家协会,担任协会秘书长、副主席兼秘书长共 4 届27 年。50 余次策划组织本市及跨省市大型书画活动,举办各类书画班近百期,搭建各种职工文化活动平台,为本市培养、扶植出一大批书画艺术人才。作品及传记入编《99,中国百杰书画家精品集》等 40 余部典集。2004 年在邯郸市博物馆隆重举办个人书法展。1985 年荣获省书协优秀创作奖,荣获 1990~2000 年市知识产权优秀作品”。

Wang Xudong, courtesy name Xiaoyang. Originally from Xiajin County, Shandong Province, born in February 1952 in Handan City, Hebei Province. College education, went to the countryside to cut in teams in 1969, and specialized in cultural propaganda work in 1977. I am currently a senior vocational research librarian at the Handan Workers Culture Palace, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a director and deputy director of the Running Script Committee of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Center of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Member of the Calligraphy Education Research Association of the Chinese Education Society; Vice President of the Research Institute of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters; Member of the 1st to 4th Board of Directors and 5th Presidium of the Hebei Calligraphy Association; Member of Hebei Poetry Association; ViceChairman of Hebei Province Hard Pen Calligraphy Association and Honorary Chairman of Handan Calligraphers Association; Chairman of the Municipal Hard Pen Calligraphers Association; Director of Zhao Du Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute and Professor of Shandong Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute. Since 1982, he has served as the head of the Propaganda Department of the Cultural Palace.In 1983, he was commissioned by the Handan City Federation of Literary and Art Circles to establish the City Calligraphers Association. He served as the Secretary General, Vice Chairman, and Secretary General of the Association for a total of 4 terms and 27 years. More than 50 large-scale calligraphy and painting events have been planned and organized in this city and across provinces, holding nearly a hundred calligraphy and painting classes, and building various cultural activity platforms for employees, cultivating and nurturing a large number of calligraphy and painting art talents for this city. His works and biographies have been included in more than 40 classic collections, including "99, Collection of Top 100 Chinese Calligraphers and Painters". In 2004, a personal calligraphy exhibition was grandly held at the Handan Museum. In 1985, he was awarded the Excellent Creation Award by the Provincial Book Association and was awarded the Excellent Intellectual Property Work of the City from 1990 to 2000.

In 2008, he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in Calligraphy and Painting for the Thirty Years by the National Museum of China, and was exhibited in the "Commemorative Exhibition of Art Achievements in the Thirty Years of China's Reform and Opening up". In March 2011, I was invited to attend the Calligraphy and Painting Pen Conference of the State Council Legal Affairs Office, and my work was collected. In March July 2013, the Handan Hard Pen Calligraphers Association was established. In the same year, he was awarded exemplary individual of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; Hebei Province Hard Pen Calligraphy Association awarded the title of Influential Figure in the Hard Pen Calligraphy Industry in 201 Province; In 2015, he was awarded the honorary title of "Role Model" by the Provincial Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; In the same year, he was awarded the title of Advanced Social Science Figure by the Handan Social Science Federation; And won the honorary certificate of "exemplary individual of National Social Science Work". In 2018, I personally taught and brought the first batch of calligraphy high school students from thelocal art high school into university. Received the Outstanding Contribution Award from the Hebei Province Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. In 2022, he was awarded the title of "Master of Chinese National Rites Art" by the China Traditional Culture Development Committee. In 2011, the calligraphy works were evaluated by the Cultural Market Art Exchange Center of the Ministry of Culture, with prices ranging from 7000 to 8000 yuan per square foot.
