刘继胜,男,1939 年生,河南开封市杞县人,大学文化。国家一级美术师,一级书法师、高级政工师。现为:国际羲之书画院副院长,中国民航管理干部学院客座教授、民族文化形象大使、国家艺术形象大使、中国书画名家研究院主席团委员、中国艺术学会常委、中国诗酒文化协会诗书画院一级书画师、中国国画家协会理事、华夏文艺出版社社长、中国诗书画出版社副社长、中国国家书画院副院长、中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国工艺美术家协会副主席、国际名人百科外联部主任,中国新文化群体特聘艺术家、卢浮宫名誉副館长、中国国宾礼特邀艺术顾问，国务外交礼品师。
