马西美，男，1954年生，山东滕州人，中共党员，大学文化。1992年始任中国人民政治协商会议第十届、第十一届、第十二届委员会，滕州委员。世界艺术研究中心非物质文化遗产保护专业委员会会员。荣获国际中国艺坛领军人物。2018年1月被评为“中国艺术金像奖金奖”。“2019年11月担任中国世纪大采风书画院副院长”。2020年被聘为“中欧文化形象大使”称号。2020年荣获“亚洲文化艺术奖”并兼任“东京国家研究院名誉院长”。2020年10月荣获“全球艺术金爵奖”。“2020年4月担任世界文艺家、企业家交流中心名誉主席”。2021年3月荣获“世界十大殿堂级艺术大师”称号。2022年3月被中国国礼文创艺术网、全国文艺界代表人物组委会授予“全国两会文艺界名家”荣誉称号。2022年9月授予“二十大文艺界杠杆人物”。2021年5月被编入《全球最具收藏投资百位艺术家》经典巨著。2023年2月荣获“中日韩东亚文化艺术三大家”国际级荣誉称号。2023年3月荣获“首届联合国国际艺术节”评委奖，任联合国首席艺术顾问。
