2025 金砖国家峰会讨论加强多边主义，促进全球发展。金砖国家扩容后 GDP 比重超 G7，吸引众多发展中国家申请加入。宣言强调合作、公正，推动多边主义发展，金砖国家成为新的全球发展变量。

The 2025 BRICS Summit discusses strengthening multilateralism and promoting global development. 柏光林，字景程，1938 年 12 月生江苏南京人，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国收藏家协会会员、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家，中华人民共和国杰出书画大师，国家一级工艺美术大师，中国国画院院士、联合国“国际艺术家协会”常务副会长、英国文化协会全球首席副会长、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长等。

2012 年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》。

2013 年与刘大为、范曾、黄永玉等入编出版《新中国书画八大家》。

2013 年与刘大为、范曾、吴冠中等入编出版《中国当代艺术巨匠》。

2013 年与刘大为、范曾、靳尚谊等入编出版《民族国粹、20 名顶级艺术大师》。2013 年与沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘文西、冯远入编出版《中国艺术大家》《刘大为题词》国礼珍藏册出版工程。2013 年与张大千、李可染、齐白石、徐悲鸿等大师入编出版《中国艺术百年》，《中国艺术百年》将由中国国家图书馆、美国国会图书馆、大英图书馆、俄罗斯国立图书馆、莱比锡图书馆、哈佛大学图书馆收藏。2013 年参加由世界收藏家协会，世界艺术家协会，中华人民共和国文化艺术组委会组织的 2013 巴黎世界艺术大展，荣获最高奖项“国际艺术金奖”。

2014 年 9 月获美国纽约《世界艺术盛典》授予的美术界最高荣誉《世界艺术之星》奖，同时被评为“世界一级美术家”的称号。2014 年 9 月被联合国最高艺术研究院评定《世纪之光》为“联合国艺术珍品”大奖，同时被英国文化协会评定为全球特级书画之王称号。2018 年 4 月被世界文艺家企业家交流中心授予《新时代人民艺术家》荣誉称号。

柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出，尤以虎画具长，画作曾获名家高度赞赏，陆俨少、林散之、张仃多由题跋，曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国，创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏，先后于北京、江苏、深圳、珠海、香港、美国举办画展、出版画集，中央电视台、江苏、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。

 

Bai Guanglin, also known as Jingcheng, was born inNanjing, Jiangsu in December 1938. He is currently amember of the China Artists Association, a member ofthe China Collectors Association, a member of theNational First Class Artists Network, a registered artistwith the National Copyright Administration, anoutstanding master of calligraphy and painting in thePeople's Republic of China, a national first-class masterof arts and crafts, an academician of the ChineseAcademy of Chinese Painting, the executive vicepresident of the United Nations International ArtistsAssociation, the global chief vice president of the BritishCouncil, an honorary academician of the Royal Academyof Arts, the current director of the China Digital ArtMuseum, and the full-time vice president of the ChineseCalligraphers and Painters Research Association.

In 2012, Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng were included inthe compilation and publication of "A Three Person Tourof Art Masters".

In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, andothers were included in the compilation and publicationof "The Eight Masters of Painting and Calligraphy in NewChina".

In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Wu Guanzhong, andothers were included in the compilation and publicationof "Chinese Contemporary Art Masters".

In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Jin Shangyi and otherswere included in the compilation and publication of"National Essence, 20 Top Art Masters". In 2013, Icollaborated with Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, LiuWenxi, and Feng Yuan to compile and publish the"Chinese Art Masters" and "Liu Dawei's Inscription"National Gift Collection. In 2013, together with masterssuch as Zhang Daqian, Li Keran, Qi Baishi, and XuBeihong,"A Century of Chinese Art" was compiled andpublished. "A Century of Chinese Art" will be collectedby the National Library of China, the Library of Congress,the British Library, the National Library of Russia, theLeipzig Library, and the Harvard University Library. In2013, participated in the 2013 Paris World Art Exhibitionorganized by the World Collectors Association, the WorldArtists Association, and the Cultural and Art OrganizingCommittee of the People's Republic of China, and wonthe highest award, the "International Art Gold Award".

In September 2014, he was awarded the highesthonor in the art world, the "World Art Star" award, bythe World Art Awards in New York, and was also nameda "World First Class Artist". In September 2014,"TheLight of the Century" was awarded the "United NationsTreasures of Art" by the United Nations' highest artresearch institute, and was also recognized as the GlobalKing of Fine Arts by the British Council. In April 2018, hewas awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist of theNew Era" by the World Literature and Art EntrepreneursExchange Center.

Mr. Bai Guanglin's works are mostly prominent inlandscapes, figures, and animals, especially in tigerpaintings. His paintings have been highly praised byfamous artists, with Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi, and ZhangDing often having inscriptions. He has collaborated withLu Yanshao on double tiger paintings, tiger roarpaintings, and has visited many countries in the UnitedStates, South America, Europe, and Asia, creating anumber of distinctive ink paintings. "Olympic Torch" iscollected by former International Olympic CommitteePresident Mr. Samaranch and has held art exhibitionsand published art collections in Beijing, Jiangsu,Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and the United States. CCTV, Jiangsu, Zhuhai, and Nanjing TV have alsoproduced and reported on it.
