Feng Tao is a famous contemporary Chinese flower and bird painter, deputy director of the Art Appreciation Committee of Taishan Painting Academy(Government), member of the China Cultural and Art Development Promotion Association, deputy director of Shandong Confucius Art Museum, specially- appointed painter of Taihang Mountain Art Museum,and good at combining flower and bird painting with raw rice paper.
