张从干，笔名白甫。男，1953 年 6 月生人。斋号双痴翁。汉族。安徽阜阳市颍泉区宁老庄镇人。(现居安徽亳州市谯城区。)业余作者。一级书法师，中国作家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员、理事，中国音乐著作权协会会员;中国散文诗协会会员，名字入编《中国知名专家学者辞典》、《世界名人录》、《世界文化名人录》、《世界人物辞海》、《中华张氏名人通鉴》，《共和国杰出人物风采》等等。

曾种过地，干过泥水匠，当过工程承包人。受挫后，受聘做过建筑施工员、监理至老而无用。

喜读书，爱写作。利用业余时间，先后写下抒情长诗、叙事长诗各二部，短诗近千首，歌词百多首，长篇小说(四十多万字)一部，十幕戏剧一部，八幕歌剧一部，及小品、中篇小说散文等作品数篇。有诗集《多情公子》、《永恒的心碑》、《白甫自选诗集》、《韩玉秀》、《抒情长诗毛泽东》以及《剧本集》公于世，另有《我的写作之路》、《平淡夫妻能长久》等五篇文章入编 2014 年版《文心中国》。抒情长诗《毛泽东》于 2008 年在《新国风》三期上发表并获奖;(其手稿被韶山“毛主席纪念堂”收存。)歌剧剧本《人狐情缘》被入编进《中国作家十佳精品选集》第七卷。多首短诗和歌词先后在国内不同刊物上发表。有多首诗歌作被入编进《中华当代旅游诗词联精选》、《世界传世诗词艺术家大辞典》、《环球汉诗、百家撷粹》、《2005 年诗歌年选》、《当代颂诗大典》、《中华词林》、《中华歌词大观》、《新中国国学三百家》、《红色颂典》、《中国艺术大系》、《中国国学著作家辞海》、《中国作家辞库全书》、《世界文化遗产。诗书画名家名鉴》、《中国当代诗人大辞典》、《中国文化传承经典》、《新中国诗词三百家》等。其中组诗《畅想曲》获“诗歌杯”全国诗歌大赛一等奖;歌词《建筑工人之歌》获 2008 年中国文化研究中心、香港经济管理研究院举办的优秀作品评选活动一等奖;2011 年由《世界学术成果研究院学术委员会》和《世界文献出版社》举办的“第二届世界重大学术思想集评选活动中被评为特等奖”(获奖号 DSX011258)。歌词《你别走》在 2007 年国际优秀作品评选活动中荣获“国际优秀作品奖”;(在“2010—2011 年度中国社会经济发展优秀论文”评选中被授予特等奖。)长诗《毛泽东》2009 年亦被此项评选活动评为“国际优秀作品奖”并入围“百花奖”。另有古体诗在《环球汉诗、百家撷粹》中被评为“杰出诗人精英”奖等。还有《五十抒怀》、《两岸通航》等十首古体诗被“中国当代作家代表作陈列馆”“作家文献中心”收藏，歌词《歌唱老人王树先》等三首 2009 年中国作家创作年会中被评为二等奖。同年应邀出席“盛世普天同庆——庆祝共和国六十华诞大型主题活动”，并被授予“共和国六十年建设突出贡献人物”荣誉称号。2010年由中华国际名人协会、中华名人系列丛书编辑部、《光辉岁月》专题部举办的“共和国建设贡献奖”评选活动中被授予“共和国建设功臣”荣誉称号。2011年 3 月被《中国当代文学研究协会和《中国诗歌协会》授予“中国当代著名诗人贡献成果奖”。(见中文联字 2011 第 03 号)同年五月应邀出席“辉煌的丰碑——庆祝中国共产党建党九十周年‘争先创优’座谈会”并被授予“创先争优、先进个人”荣誉称号等。2011年 6 月被入选进中国国学院大学编著的《共和国杰出国学专家名录》并被中`国国学院大学专家委员聘为特邀研究员。2014 年散文《父亲》被《作家报》举办的“百草园散文大赛”评为“银奖”，短诗《挥挥手，告别昨天》在中国散文网举办的“全国散文诗歌邀请赛”中被评为“二等奖”。

另外，本人亦酷爱书法。曾在《中国人民解放军建军八十五周年全国书画联展》和《纪念毛泽东同志诞辰 120 周年全国书画作品大赛》中获得银奖。并有作品被《东莞观音山健康文化中心》收藏。部分书法作品 2014 年在《首页中国书法网》及《中国现代艺术网》》、《中国人民艺术家收藏网》、《全国名人书画艺术界联合会》等网站上入展，并建立了张从干艺术网。此后《中国精品艺术网》和天津人民美术出版社 2015 年 3 月编选的《留香……聚焦中国当代书画名家》、北京悦达炎黄文化艺术交流中心创办的《盛世华章》和《中国人民美术杂志》.《华夏瑰宝》、《中国国际集邮网》举办的“庆祝建国六十五周年”主体电话卡和邮票制作个人专版以及《中国名人字画销售网》、百年巨擘(北京)文化传媒有限公司制作的 2015年台历《百年巨擘》、北京艺都墨香书画院制作的 2015年挂历《中韩名家三人集》和《中国艺术博览杂志社》编选的《走进艺术大师》、《中韩名家书画报》以及在 2016 年与苏士澍、范曾合编的《人民书画三大家》和孔子学院在山东曲阜举办的与刘大为、沈鹏三人的书画展等。2017 年入选了以《一带一路——中国千年文化传承》为主题的《中国名片》邮册，同年同时入选了(国瓷)并被编选出版了晶装《张从干精品集》。另有其他多家相关书报杂志对我的书法作品设了专版介绍和宣传。2018 年与臻藏天下文化传媒有限公司签订了三年委托销售协议，此公司在相关网站进行了重点推介;另外，同期丹青艺术商城书画销售网也对本人作品做了重点销售推介。同年还入编了《新中国美术图鉴》(书法巻)，以及文化旅游部编辑的《美丽中国·艺术人物》、《一带一路上的艺术名家》等，再就是《艺术市场报》把本人推为风云榜人物进行推介。随后应华艺艺术中心之邀入选《中国白.大师作》，并为我做了《张从干--传承中华艺术代表人物》的宣传报导，同时又入选了中央电视台编制的《2019 年台历》等。2019 年由中国核心艺术家海外展播工程组委会推荐于五月二十七日在美国纽约纳斯达克证券交易所大屏进行了展播;同年应邀参加中央电视台举办的十九届中国世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰大会并被授予“中国书画传承名家”荣誉称号;同年又入选了由北京书香翰墨书画院举办的庆祝建国七十周年国礼茶具制作;还有：同年三月应邀入编了由山东丝绸之路文化发展有限公司编辑的《丝绸大红袍》珍藏册;再就是：同年五月成功创建了中国艺术家二维码艺术馆个人馆等。2022 年 3 月入编由“国礼艺术家邮品制作委员会”编制的《奋进新征程，建功新时代》珍藏邮册、2023 年 2 月又入编此单位为“庆祝一带一路十周年，庆祝改革开放四十五周年”编制的《江山如此多娇》珍藏册。2023 年 5 月 6 日草书《望千寻塔》参加中国书画艺术指导委员会举办的《春风杯》全国优秀作品评选活动被授予“最具收藏价值奖”等。

Zhang Conggan, pen name Bai Fu. Male, born in June1953. Zhai Hao Shuang Chi Weng. Han ethnicity. He isfrom Ninglaozhuang Town, Yingquan District, Fuyang City,Anhui Province. (Currently residing in Qiaocheng District,Bozhou City, Anhui Province.) Amateur author. First levelcalligrapher, member of the Chinese Writers Association,member and director of the Chinese CalligraphersAssociation, and member of the Chinese MusicCopyright Association; Member of the Chinese ProsePoetry Association, whose name has been included inthe "Dictionary of Famous Experts and Scholars inChina","World Celebrity List","World Cultural CelebrityList","Dictionary of World Figures","ComprehensiveGuide to Chinese Zhang Family Celebrities","Outstanding Figures of the Republic", and so on.

I have planted land, worked as a bricklayer, and worked as an engineering contractor. After setbacks, he wasemployed as a construction worker and supervisor until old age but was useless.

I enjoy reading and love writing. In my spare time, I havewritten two long lyrical poems and two long narrativepoems, nearly a thousand short poems, over a hundredlyrics, one long novel (over 400000 words), one ten actdrama, one eight act opera, as well as several sketches,medium length novels, essays, and other works. Thereare poetry collections such as "The Romantic YoungMaster","The Eternal Heart Stele","Bai Fu's SelectedPoetry Collection","Han Yuxiu","The Lyrical Long Poemof Mao Zedong", and "The Script Collection" that havebeen made public to the world.
