​郭银峰——2026 国际艺术卓越成就榜

     

郭银峰，1949 年生于甘肃庆阳。1968 年参军，先后在西藏军区、成都军区、解放军西安第二炮兵工程学院、解放军西安政治学院工作，正团职，上校军衔请。1994 年转业后供职于陕西省人大办公厅，任厅级巡视员。

郭银峰作品油画《放学 以后》获 1988 年全国书画展一等奖。国画《黄河颂歌》获 2002 年韩国国际书画大赛最高奖国际功勋奖”。国画《梅花寒香图》2009 年获全国国画展一等奖。国画《我的同学》获2010 年全国第十四届大地之歌书画展一等奖。2012年在北京人民大会堂举办个人书画作品展览及 高层艺术研讨会。2012 年，郭银峰在法国卢浮宫举办书画展，受到国际友人高度评价。

现为亚洲书画家协会副主席，胡润国际书画艺术鉴定中心副主席，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，中央美院客 座教授，中国国家高级美术师，国家特级书法师，西北书画研究院院长，英国牛津艺术学院客座教授博士生导师，陕西省人民政府参事室文史馆研究员，亚洲博鳌艺术中心研究员。

2021 年分别被授予“祖国优秀艺术家书画艺术楷模”建党一百年被授予“德艺双馨人瑨螓喆錈桦紲颜w 瘧团艺术家”荣誉称号，“世界文化艺术形象大师”“中国国家艺术形象代表人物”“中国功勋人物”等荣誉称号。2022 年被特邀成为沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事。重点推荐为“中国艺术大家”“人民书画家”“华夏儿女优秀艺术传承之星”“党旗下的艺术大家称号。授予郭银峰“2023 年度全球十大杰出风云人物”，“中国艺坛 2023 年度优秀艺术家”，“威尼斯双年展--特别推荐艺术家”，文化和旅游部授予“优秀书画导师”中国当代世界级艺术家”，“一带一路文化形象大使”“中国国礼特供艺术家”。2024年入编大红袍合集书、荣获共和国勋章、被授予“毕加索”国际艺术功勋人物、被授予夏儿尔奖，被授予“世界级金牌艺术名家荣誉称号。

Guo Yin'feng was born in Qingyang, Gansu in 1949. He enlisted in the military in 1968 and worked in the Tibet Military District, Chengdu Military District, the Second Artillery Engineering College of the PLA in Xi'an,and the Xi'an Political Academy of the PLA, holding the rank of colonel. After being transferred to civilian life in1994, he worked at the General Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress as a department-level inspector.

Guo Yin'eng's oil painting "After School" won the first prize at the 1988 National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. His Chinese painting "Ode to the Yellow River" received the highest award, the International Merit Prize, at the 2002 Korea International Calligraphy and Painting Competition. The Chinese painting "Plum Blossoms in Cold Fragrance" won the first prize at the 2009 National Chinese Painting Exhibition. His work "My Classmate" was awarded the first prize at the 14th National "Ode to the Earth" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in 2010. In 2012, Guo Yin'eng held a solo exhibition of his calligraphy and painting works and a high-level art seminar at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Later that same year, he hosted a calligraphy and painting exhibition at the Louvre Museum in France,which received high praise from international friends.

Currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, Vice Chairman of the Hu Run International Calligraphy and Painting ArtAppraisal Center, Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, Adjunct Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, National Senior Artist, National Master Calligrapher, President of the Northwest Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, Adjunct Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Oxford Academy of Arts in the UK, Researcher at the Research Institute of Culture and History under the Advisory Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, and Researcher at the Asia Boao Art Center.

In 2021, he was honored with the titles of"Outstanding Artist and Model of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy," "Moral and Artistic Excellence," "Master of Cultural and Artistic Image," "Representative Figure of National Art in China," and "China's Meritorious Individual" to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. In 2022, he was specially invited to serve as a senior council member of the Shen Peng Calligraphy Art Studio Expert Group. He was also highly recommended as a "Master of Chinese Art,""People's Calligrapher and Painter," "Outstanding ArtisticHeritage Star of the Chinese Nation," and "Master of Art under the Party's Banner." In 2023, Guo Yin 峰 was awarded the title of "Global Top Ten Outstanding Figures of the Year," "Outstanding Artist of the Year in Chinese Art," "Special Recommendation Artist for the Venice Biennale," and was recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as an "Outstanding Calligraphy and Painting Mentor," "Contemporary World-Class Artist in China,""Cultural Ambassador of the Belt and Road Initiative,"and "Chinese State Gift-Specific Artist." In 2024, he was included in the Da Hongpao Anthology, awarded the Republic Medal, honored as an "International Art Meritorious Figure of Picasso," and bestowed with the"Charles Award."```.
