​《丹青绘宏图·艺心颂征程》两会推荐报道艺术家——刘策

在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026 两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。

本次报道将聚焦艺术家们的创作实践与时代思考，展现他们在守正创新中赓续文脉、在跨界融合中激活传统、在文明互鉴中传递价值的生动图景。让我们通过这些闪耀着理想光芒与艺术魅力的身影，感受中国文艺的蓬勃生机，凝聚文化强国建设的磅礴力量，共同见证中华文化在新时代绽放出更为璀璨的光彩。

   

刘策,男,汉族,中共党员,生于 1953 年 5 月,甘肃省镇原县上肖镇雄武行政村东庄自然村人,原镇原县果品厂退休职工. 毕业于中国老年大学书法专业,优秀学员,2002 年中国老年大学国画研究生毕业，甘肃省美术家协会会员、中国东方文化研究会美术研究员、庆阳市老年书画协会会员、镇原县美术家协会会员、华夏青少年書画艺术总会副会长。

早年跟随马成章、王毅、申玳、张成毅、刘先锋、高增安、彭玉蒂等先生学习书画。

2000 年 10 月——作品《吉祥富贵图》获第三届“华山杯”国际书画摄影大赛中年组金奖。

2000 年 12 月参加中国美术家协会旅游联谊中心举办的“金丝猴杯东方书画艺术大展"获国画、书法优秀奖。出版作品集：2000/12(特刊 2)书号 ISSN1561-3712。

2001 年 6 月——作品《荣画图》获“世纪之辰-情系奥运中华文化艺术大展”优秀作品奖(文化部文化艺术人才中心主办)。

2002 年 2 月——作品《国色天香久，人民幸福多》获“中国国际科技文化成果博览会书画大展”获成年组金奖。刊登出版《中国国际技文化成果博览会书画艺术大型史册》书号：ISBN8-80065-60。 (文化部社会文化司主办)

2002 年 3 月加入甘肃省美术家协会。

2009 年 9 月——国画作品入选《庆祝新中国成立六十周年镇原籍书画作品集》。

2011 年 5 月——作品刊登于《神州诗书画版》书画撷英刊“甘肃镇原实力派画家七人花鸟作品欣赏”。

2011 年作品《福满堂》刊登《镇原县誌》、北京，方志出版社书号 ISBN 978-7-5144-1866-6。

2013 年 4 月——朱安平、祁恩富、任志忠、刘策、刘玉珍、张灵童、常升、曹立新、郭伟峰等人开始在兰州、北京、庆阳等地举办“当代实力派画家十二人作品全国巡回展”。

2021 年 7 月绘画作品“中国共产党万岁”入选庆阳市文联举办的“翰墨颂盛世，同心庆百年”庆祝中国共产党成立100 周年书画作品邀请展。

2023 年 10 月应邀参加由中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会指导的《南北新象-首届南北当代名家学术邀请展》，作品《国色天香》展出刊登作品集。

2023 年个人简历书画作品刊登中国美术出版社出版发行的 2023 年度重大美术选题系列出版项目《中国美术通史》书号 ISBN 978-988- 76646-2-8。

2024 年 6 月作品《平安富贵》在深圳市龙岗区老年书画展中获优秀作品奖。

多年来在镇原各乡镇、县城、泾川县、平凉市、华亭市、环县、庆阳市、彭阳县、杭州市、深圳市等地区进行书画创作交流。书画作品被国内外众多书画爱好者和藏家收藏。庆阳市原书法家协会主席金希明说: 刘先生每幅画中蕴含着一定的文化气息,岁月的痕迹和人生历练的笔触,国画以花鸟为主，画法以工兼写,具有一定的个性和特色,工笔牡丹细品其味,似工非工,似意非意,工笔中蕴会着写意,写意中蕴含着工笔, 浑然天成,使观者眼前一亮，别有洞天,与众不同.有一种清新感和大手笔风范。更难得的是刘先生书画同工,书法有一定的功夫,他喜好行草书,其作品定于法度取于名帖，行笔自如,布局灵动，自然奔放，拙而不俗,气韵生动。

Liu Ce, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in May 1953, is from Dongzhuang Natural Village, Xiongwu Administrative Village, Shangxiao Town, Zhenyuan County, Gansu Province. He is a retired employee of the Zhenyuan County Fruit Factory Graduated from the Calligraphy major of China University for the Elderly, an outstanding student. Graduated from the Chinese Painting Master's program at China University for the Elderly in 2002. Member of Gansu Artists Association, Art Researcher of China Oriental Culture Research Association, Member of Qingyang Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Association, Member of Zhenyuan County Artists Association, and Vice President of Huaxia Youth Calligraphy and Painting Art Association.

In his early years, he studied calligraphy and painting with Mr. Ma Chengzhang, Wang Yi, Shen Dai, Zhang Chengyi, Liu Xianfeng, Gao Zeng'an, Peng Yudi, and others.

In October 2000, the work "Auspicious Wealth and Prosperity Picture" won the gold medal in the middle-aged category of the 3rd "Huashan Cup" International Painting, Calligraphy and Photography Competition.

In December 2000, participated in the "Golden MonkeyCup Oriental Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition" organized by the Tourism Friendship Center of the China Artists Association and won the Excellent Award for Chinese Painting and Calligraphy. In June 2001, the work "Ronghua Painting" won the Excellent Work Award at the "Century Anniversary - Love Olympics Chinese Culture and Art Exhibition" (organized by the Cultural and Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture).

In February 2002, the work "The fragrance of the country lingers for a long time, and the happiness of the people is abundant" won the gold medal in the adult category at the"China International Science and Technology Cultural Achievements Expo Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition". In May 2011, the work was published in the "Appreciation of Flower and Bird Works by Seven Powerful Painters in Zhenyuan, Gansu" calligraphy and painting anthology of "Shenzhou Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Edition".

In 2011, the work "Fumantang" was published in"Zhenyuan County Annals" and published by Fangzhi Publishing House in Beijing under ISBN 978-7-5144-1866-6.

In April 2013, Zhu Anping, Qi Enfu, Ren Zhizhong, Liu Ce, Liu Yuzhen, Zhang Lingtong, Chang Sheng, Cao Lixin, Guo Weifeng and others began to hold the "National Tour Exhibition of Works of Twelve Contemporary Powerful Painters" in Lanzhou, Beijing, Qingyang and other places.

In June 2024, the work "Peace and Wealth" won the Excellent Work Award at the Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in Longgang District, Shenzhen.
