马西美，男，1954 年生，山东滕州人，中共党员，大学文化。

1992 年始任中国人民政治协商会议第十届、第十一届、第十二届委员会，滕州委员。现任世界非物质遗产研究院副院长。荣获国际中国艺坛领军人物。2018年 1 月被评为“中国艺术金像奖金奖”。“2019 年 11月担任中国世纪大采风书画院副院长”。2020 年被聘为“中欧文化形象大使”称号。2020 年荣获“亚洲文化艺术奖”并兼任“东京国家研究院名誉院长”。2020年 10 月荣获“全球艺术金爵奖”。“2020 年 4 月担任世界文艺家、企业家交流中心名誉主席”。2021 年3 月荣获“世界十大殿堂级艺术大师”称号。2022 年3 月被中国国礼文创艺术网、全国文艺界代表人物组委会授予“全国两会文艺界名家”荣誉称号。2022 年9 月授予“二十大文艺界杠杆人物”。2021 年 5 月被编入《全球最具收藏投资百位艺术家》经典巨著。2023 年 2 月荣获“中日韩东亚文化艺术三大家”国际级荣誉称号。2023 年 3 月荣获“首届联合国国际艺术节”评委奖，任联合国首席艺术顾问。2024 年中国国际教育电视台《荣耀中国》栏目组特邀顾问。2024年中央新影中学生频道《时代强国》荣获社会责任艺术家。2024 年中国关心下一代工作委员会教育中心荣获《优秀指导师》称号。2025 年荣获《国际文化交流大使》称号。2024 年荣获《国际名人百科主席》称号。

Ma Ximei, male, born in 1954, from Tengzhou,Shandong, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a university education.

In 1992, he served as a member of the 10th, 11th,and 12th committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of Tengzhou.The current Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute. Awarded as a leading figure in the international Chinese art scene. In January 2018, it was awarded the "China Art Golden Statue Award Gold Award". In November 2019, he was appointed as the Vice President of the China Century Great Collection Painting and Calligraphy Academy. In 2020, he was appointed as the "China Europe Cultural Ambassador". In 2020, he was awarded the "Asian Culture and Arts Award" and concurrently served as the"Honorary Dean of the Tokyo National Research Institute". In October 2020, it was awarded the "Global Art Golden Goblet Award". Appointed as the Honorary Chairman of the World Literature and Entrepreneurship Exchange Center in April 2020. In March 2021, he was awarded the title of "World's Top Ten Hall level Art Masters". In March 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "Famous Artist in the Literary and Art Circles of the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference" by the China National Gift Culture and Creative Art Network and the National Organizing Committee of Representative Figures in theLiterary and Art Circles. In September 2022, awarded the title of "Top 20 Leveraged Figures in the Literary and Art Circles". In May 2021, he was included in the classic masterpiece "The 100 Most Collected and Investable Artists in the World". In February 2023, it was awarded the international honorary title of "Three Masters of East Asian Culture and Art in China, Japan, and South Korea". In March 2023, he was awarded the Jury Prize at the First United Nations International Arts Festival and appointed as the Chief Artistic Advisor of the United Nations. Special Advisor to the "Honor China" Program Team of China International Education Television in 2024.In 2024, the Central New Film High School Student Channel's "Time Strong Country" was awarded the title of Social Responsibility Artist. In 2024, the Education Center of the China Care for the Next Generation Working Committee was awarded the title of "Excellent Mentor". In 2025, he was awarded the title of"Ambassador for International Cultural Exchange". In 2024, he was awarded the title of Chairman of the International Celebrity Encyclopedia.
