阿鲁斯，男，蒙古族，1978 年出生于内蒙古阿鲁科尔沁旗草原。中国当代著名油画家、高级雕塑师、中国影响力艺术杰出代表人物。世界华人功勋艺术家、现为国际艺术和艺术家联合会中国艺术委员会副主席、国家一级美术师、海南国联文化艺术研究院硕士研究生导师。
2017 年结业于英国牛津艺术学院研修专业，新华书画院特聘画师、国际艺术新闻网记者、香港环球卫视书画委员会主任。
现居北京职业画家。中囯美术家协会会员、中国大众文化学会书画艺术专业委员会常务委员、中国书画研究会会员、中国华夏万里行书画家协会研究员、中囯影响力人物数据库顾问团首席顾问、中国书画家联谊会会员、孔子美术馆签约艺术家、北京传承油画院院长、英国牛津艺术学院客座教授、香港特别行政区文学艺术界联合会美术家协会副主席、中央美术学院客座教授、澳大利亚墨尔本 369国际艺术中心特聘专家、中国书画研究中心秘书长。
1999 年毕业于内蒙古师范大学美术系。毕业至今开始创作了一系列本土草原题材为独特视角的油画作品，《男子汉》、《高原的鹰》、《云》、《敖包》、《圣主成吉思汗的威风》、《黄昏》、《太阳神》、《三匹马》、《套马杆》、《春天》、《初雪》、《狼》、《神马系列》、《骏马系列》等代表作品多次获奖并入编国内外报刊、书籍、部分油画作品被美术馆、博物馆、画廊收藏，并在中国香港、中国台湾、意大利、法国、美国、英国、日本、德国、韩国、澳大利亚、匈牙利、蒙古国、卡塔尔、巴林等国家展出收藏 。 曾接受央视艺术专题采访，中央广播电视总台、香港卫视、北京卫视、新华社、人民日报、国际 60 多个国家和地区的 170 多家中文电视、广播、报刊等新媒报道。
2006 年担任内蒙古包头市民委主办的《蒙科土拉嘎》杂志的美术编辑工作。
2007 年油画作品《云》中日韩国际美术大赛中获得金奖。
2008 油画作品《背影》入选“录源问道--油画研究展”。

Renowned contemporary Chinese oil painter, senior sculptor, and outstanding representative of Chinese influential art. World Chinese Meritorious Artist, currently Vice Chairman of the Chinese Art Committee of the International Federation of Arts and Artists,National First Class Artist, and Master's Supervisor at the Hainan League of Nations Cultural and Art Research Institute.
Graduated from the Oxford School of Art in the UKin 2017 with a training program. Specially appointed artist by Xinhua Academy of Painting and Calligraphy,journalist for International Art News Network, and director of the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of Hong Kong Global TV.
I am currently a professional painter residing in Beijing. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University in 1999. Since graduation,he has begun to create a series of oil paintings with a unique perspective of native grassland themes. The representative works such as Man, Eagle on the Plateau,Cloud, Oboo, The Magnificence of the Holy Lord Genghis Khan, Twilight, Helios, Three Horses, Horse Stall, Spring,Early Snow, Wolf, Divine Horse Series, and Horse Series have won many awards and been incorporated into the compilation of domestic and foreign newspapers, books,and some oil paintings have been collected by art galleries, museums, and in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan,China, Italy, France, the United States, Britain, Japan,Germany, South Korea, Australia, Hungary, Mongolia,Qatar, Bahrain and other countries exhibited and collected. I have been interviewed by CCTV Art Special Topic, and have been reported by CCTV, Hong Kong TV,Beijing TV, Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, and over 170 Chinese TV, radio, newspapers and other new media outlets in more than 60 countries and regions.
