​袁洪智——《联合国推广大使》暨当代最具影响海内外的艺术家

   

袁洪智，号醉侠，白石门下再传弟子，国家一级美术师，国务外交礼品师，2025 年 4 月被联合国教科文组织评为世界文化终身成就奖和国际金牌艺术家荣誉称号。2025 年 4 月，被授予世界艺术不朽丰碑奖，兰亭杯全国书画大赛国画金奖。2025 年 5 月，入选全球华人十大杰出艺术家和红墙艺术家，CCTV央视书画频道“签约艺术家”，CCTV 书画频道艺术顾问。退休前任北京八中大兴分校副校长。

在社会文化团体担任职务：

中国国际文化促进会副秘书长，文化艺术交流发展委员会会长，国文书画院院长;北京大兴美术家协会理事，北京中华文化促进会艺术美学研究分会副会长兼秘书长;

近年来，在国际和全国书画艺术大赛中获得特殊贡献奖一次，特等奖两次，金奖六次，一等奖两次，多篇作品入选各类画册，有数十篇教科研论文发表获奖，在报刊和网媒发表书画研究论文多篇、多幅国画作品被选人邮品、艺术陶瓷和“国瓷天下，艺术茅台”酒包装。

积极参加慈善活动，多次受到慈善部门颁发的荣誉证书和称号。

 

Yuan Hongzhi, also known as Drunken Hero, is a disciple of Bai Shimen, a national first-class artist, and a national diplomatic gift designer. In April 2025, he was awarded the World Cultural Lifetime Achievement Award and the International Gold Medal Artist Honor by UNESCO. In April 2025, it was awarded the World Art Immortal Monument Award and the National Paintingand Calligraphy Competition's Chinese Painting Gold Award at the Lanting Cup. In May 2025, selected as one of the top ten outstanding Chinese artists and red wall artists worldwide,"contracted artist" of CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel, and art consultant of CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel. Retired former Vice President of Beijing No.8 Middle School Daxing Branch.

Holding positions in social and cultural organizations:

Vice Secretary General of the China International Cultural Promotion Association, Chairman of the Cultural and Artistic Exchange and Development Committee, and President of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy; Director of Beijing Daxing Artists Association,Vice President and Secretary General of the Art Aesthetics Research Branch of Beijing Chinese Culture Promotion Association;

In recent years, we have won the Special

Contribution Award once, the Special Award twice, the Gold Award six times, and the First Prize twice in international and national calligraphy and painting artcompetitions. Many of our works have been selected for various art books, and dozens of educational and scientific research papers have been published and won awards. We have also published multiple calligraphy and painting research papers in newspapers and online media, and many Chinese painting works have been selected for postal products, art ceramics, and "National Porcelain, Art Maotai" liquor packaging.

Actively participating in charitable activities and receiving multiple honorary certificates and titles from charitable departments.
