Liang Jianzhong, born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, is the Chief Art Chairman of the Cultural Tourism Art Digital Resource Library, a State Diplomatic Gift Designer, a National Gift Artist, a member of the China Artists Association, a National First Class Artist, an Honorary Doctorate from Colorado Engineering University (Art major) and Prixton Church University in the United States, Vice President and Special Invited Academician of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute of the Digital Museum of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a special invited judge and mentor for the "Aesthetic Education Vision" program of the Central New Film Student Channel, a special invited mentor for the "Beautiful China" program of the Global Tourism Channel, a guest professor for the "Art Inheritance" program of CCTV, a Chinese art consultant for CCTV brand, a contracted artist for CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel, and a special invited consultant for the National Gift Culture Network.
