王本杰，中国美术家协会会员，中央国家机关美术家协会理事，《美国》中国画学会理事，民革中央画院画家，首都博物馆书画院专职画家，文化部全国青联委员，中外名人艺术院理事，加拿大皇家艺术学院客座教授，2023 年福布斯中国艺术名人榜。

入展获奖被中国书画报评为 2009 年年度人物，被中国书画报评为 2008 年度人物，被美术报评为最具升值潜力画家，入展第二届中国美术最高奖金彩奖，广东卫视“ 中国大画家 ”年度总决赛亚军，中国美术家协会会员精品展优秀奖，黎昌杯全国青年国画年展铜奖，齐白石奖全国中国画大展提名奖，迎奥运全国中国画大展优秀奖，入展纪念伟人延安文艺座谈会全国美展，第二届全国中国画大展，第十六次全国新人新作展等。中国当代画家欧洲八国巡回展，2016 年在乌克兰首都基辅举办个人画展，作品在美国时代广场大屏幕滚动播放。

Wang Benjie, member of the China Artists Association, director of the Central State Organs Artists Association, director of the American Chinese Painting Society, painter of the Central Academy of Painting of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, full-time painter of the Capital Museum Calligraphy and Painting Academy, member of the National Youth Federation of the Ministry of Culture, director of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Art Academy, visiting professor of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts, and listed on the 2023 Forbes China Art Celebrity List.

Received awards upon entry and was named the Person of the Year in 2009 by the China Painting and Calligraphy News, the Person of the Year in 2008 by the China Painting and Calligraphy News, the Most Promising Painter by the Art News, won the highest prize in the 2nd China Art Awards, was the runner up in the annual finals of Guangdong TV's "Chinese Great Painter", received the Excellent Award in the Member Boutique Exhibition of the China Artists Association, won the Bronze Award in the Lichang Cup National Youth Chinese Painting Exhibition, was nominated for the Qi Baishi Award in the National Chinese Painting Exhibition, received the Excellent Award in the National Chinese Painting Exhibition to Welcome the Olympics, participated in the National Art Exhibition to commemorate the great man Yan'an Literature and Art Symposium, the 2nd National Chinese Painting Exhibition, and the 16th National Newcomer and New Works Exhibition. Chinese Contemporary Painters Europe Eight Nation Tour Exhibition, held a solo art exhibition in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine in 2016, with works scrolling on the large screen in Times Square, USA.

Published and collected works include "Famous Landscape Artists", "Contemporary Chinese Powerful Painter Wang Benjie", "Ten Chinese Painting Masters Wang Benjie", and "Contemporary Most Promising Painter Wang Benjie".
