山河不改，月明古今;文脉不息，笔墨常青。本次书画展，既是一场传统美学的沉浸式盛宴，更是一次中华文脉的传承与弘扬。我们以书画寄团圆，以笔墨颂家国，让千年中秋文化在丹青流转中焕发新生，让传统艺术在时代浪潮中熠熠生辉。愿此间墨韵清风，伴皓月千里，寄山河无恙，祝家国安康，岁岁团圆，盛世长安!
鲍明河，男，汉族，1953年2月，山东省肥城人，中国共产党员，1975年入党。本人爱好音乐，笛子，酷爱书法30多年，重点学习欧阳询、王羲之书法，现为高级书法师，中国书画家协会会员，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中华书画家研究会艺术委员会专家顾问，中国书画交易中心润格评估处特约艺术顾问，人民书画报理事会主席，文旅数字资源库首席艺术主席。

2025年7月入编国家级红墙刊物《中华英才》官网，8月入编《艺坛翘楚。国之巨匠》中国文化艺术领域杰出代表人物大型艺术展览，9月被授予《共和国艺者》荣誉称号。被授予《红墙国粹中国顶尖级艺术家》荣誉称号。2025年中国艺术界守正创新代表人物，2025年文化领航掌舵人。2025年10月作品被北京收藏家协会收藏。2025年11月被授予"世界艺术文化领航人物"荣誉称号。
作品已被美国，德国，法国，加拿大，俄罗斯以及东南亚21个国家商务人士收藏。中法大使馆作为国礼赠送法国政府。
书法作品《山河颂》荣获法国卢浮宫国际艺术展金奖。

Bao Minghe, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1953 in Feicheng, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, having joined in 1975. He has a passion for music and the dizi flute, and has devoted over 30 years to calligraphy, focusing on the styles of Ouyang Xun and Wang Xizhi. He currently serves as a senior calligrapher, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Calligraphers Association of Central State Organs, an expert advisor to the Art Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Society, a specially appointed art consultant at the Rungge Appraisal Department of the China Calligraphy and Painting Trading Center, chairman of the Board of Directors of the People ’ s Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and chief artistic chairman of the Cultural and Tourism Digital Resource Library.
A national treasure-level artist of China; an artist of the Chinese people; a Chinese artist with significant collecting potential; a rare _ collectible _ level artist; one of China ’ s most influential artists; and a distinguished artist honored with the “China National Gift ” title.
In July 2025, he was included in the official website of the national red_ wall publication“Chinese Talents. ” In August, his work was featured in the large-scale art exhibition “ Leading Figures of the Art World: Masters of the Nation, ” showcasing outstanding representatives in China ’s cultural and artistic fields. In September, he was awarded the honorary title “Artist of the Republic. ” He was also bestowed the honorific title “ Red _ Wall National Essence—China ’s Top_ Tier Artist. ” In 2025, he was recognized as a representative of upholding integrity while fostering innovation within China ’ s art community, and as a leading cultural pioneer steering the course of cultural development. In October 2025,his works were acquired by the Beijing Collectors Association. In November 2025, he received the honorary title “Global Leader in Arts and Culture. ”
His works have been collected by business leaders from the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Russia, and 21 countries across Southeast Asia. They have also been presented as state gifts by the Chinese and French embassies to the French government.
His calligraphic masterpiece “ Ode to Mountains and Rivers ” won the Gold Award at the International Art Exhibition held at the Louvre Museum in France.
More than 60 of his works have been included in the prestigious “Great Red Robe ”collection, spanning 16 panels.
