袁正北，1961 年出生于陕西省商洛市，此地风景秀丽，人杰地灵。他孜孜不倦，潜心钻研、探索历代书画名家之作，融会贯通各家精髓，为自身艺术生涯打下坚实根基，逐步形成独树一帜的艺术风格。

他的作品深受海内外广大爱好者青睐与收藏。在书法领域，袁正北一贯坚持文化自信、创作自信，推陈出新，传承并发展书法艺术。2017 年，书法作品《猴桃寿》亮相中央电视台相关活动;2018 年斩获 2018国际中国公益事业大典——中国骄傲影响力书画家国际奖;获评“我和我的祖国 ”2020 年度国际中国最具影响力书画家。

袁正北先生现为 CCTV 华夏之声特聘艺术顾问、中国诗书画研究会陕西分会副会长、中国世纪大采风书画院院士、国家书法家协会理事、国家高级书法师、中国榜书书法家协会北京分会副主席、中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国书画家协会理事、中华卫视艺术风采栏目组会员。

2022 年 1 月 11 日，袁正北先生通过全国高级艺术职称评审委员会、北京华夏国墨书画院、全国书画艺术委员会、中国(北京)华夏巨匠书画院组织的书法资质考核，荣获中国文化高级职称国家高级书法师，艺术档案收录文化部文化艺术人才中心人才库。2023年 7 月荣获【中华人民共和国国礼艺术家】荣誉职称，作品润格：6000——12000 元(人民币)每平尺。

2026 年，书法作品《行稳致远》亮相金砖国家智库联盟国际论坛，登上国际高端盛会，再度印证其深厚艺术价值与广泛全球文化影响力。2026 年 6 月 16日，全国政协官方权威媒体人民政协网刊发《一纸翰墨承古韵 寿字雅作结远朋》专题报道，记录其以《猴桃寿》书法作品开展对外文化交流，借传统笔墨传递中华福寿文化，搭建中外友好沟通桥梁的艺术事迹。 2026 年 7 月，经层层学术甄选与严格资质审核，袁正北先生正式入驻国家级书画权威主流官网平台《中国书画报》艺术人才库，跻身全国重点推介书画名家序列，艺术学术地位与行业权威性获得国家级专业平台官方认证。2026 年 8 月，再度获官方权威平台邀约，成功入驻《中华英才》官网，艺术成就被国家级权威人才档案平台正式收录，标志着其艺术造诣、行业贡献与社会影响力获得国家主流权威体系的全面认可与高度背书。

 

 

Yuan Zhengbei was born in 1961 in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. This place has beautiful scenery and outstanding people. He tirelessly studied and explored the works of famous calligraphers and painters throughout history, integrating the essence of various schools and laying a solid foundation for his artistic career, gradually forming a unique artistic style.

His works are highly favored and collected by enthusiasts both at home and abroad. In the field of calligraphy, Yuan Zhengbei has always adhered to cultural confidence, creative confidence, innovation, inheritance and development of calligraphy art. In 2017, the calligraphy work "Monkey Peach Longevity" appeared at relevant CCTV events; In 2018, won the 2018 International Chinese Public Welfare Awards - China Pride Influential Calligrapher and Painter International Award; Received the title of "Me and My Motherland" as the most influential calligrapher and painter in China for the year 2020.

Mr. Yuan Zhengbei is currently a specially appointed art consultant for CCTV Huaxia Voice, Vice President of the Shaanxi Branch of the Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Academician of the Chinese Century Great Wind Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Director of the National Calligraphers Association, National Senior Calligrapher, Vice President of the Beijing Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, Director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, and Member of the Art Style Program Group of China TV.

On January 11, 2022, Mr. Yuan Zhengbei passed the calligraphy qualification assessment organized by the National Senior Art Title Evaluation Committee, Beijing Huaxia Guomo Calligraphy and Painting Academy, National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, and China (Beijing) Huaxia Giant Master Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and was awarded the National Senior Calligraphy and Painting Master with the Chinese Culture Senior Title. His art archives are included in the talent pool of the Cultural and Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture. In July 2023, he/she was awarded the honorary title of "National Gift Artist of the People's Republic of China", with a polishing fee of 6000-12000 yuan (RMB) per square foot for his/her works.

In 2026, the calligraphy work 'Steady and Far Going' made its debut at the BRICS Think Tank Alliance International Forum, attending a high-end international event, once again confirming its profound artistic value and extensive global cultural influence. On June 16, 2026, the official and authoritative media of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the People's Political Consultative Conference website, published a special report titled "A Paper of Hanmo Inheriting Ancient Rhyme, Longevity Character Elegance, and Closing Distant Friends", recording his artistic achievements in carrying out cultural exchanges with foreign countries through the calligraphy work "Monkey Peach Longevity", using traditional ink and brush to convey the Chinese culture of longevity, and building a bridge of friendly communication between China and foreign countries. In July 2026, after layers of academic selection and strict qualification review, Mr. Yuan Zhengbei officially joined the national level authoritative mainstream official website platform for calligraphy and painting, the"China Book and Pictorial" art talent pool, and became a key recommended calligraphy and painting master in the country. His artistic academic status and industry authority have been officially certified by the national level professional platform. In August 2026, he was once again invited by the official authoritative platform and successfully joined the official website of "China Talent". His artistic achievements were officially included in the national authoritative talent archive platform, marking his comprehensive recognition and high endorsement of his artistic achievements, industry contributions, and social influence by the mainstream authoritative system of the country.
