陈席慧，男，1966年生，1996年毕业于新疆教育学院美术教育专业，从事美术教育专业41年。
2022年4月中国艺术人物专题报道被评为“人民艺术家”称号。
2022年5月，被中国书画院聘请为理事。
2022年10月被评为中国艺术巅峰人物。
2022年12月，《世界艺术年鉴1922—2022》荣获国际艺术家功勋荣誉称号!
2023年2月，被中国东方文化研究会聘请为高级(书画)研究员。
2024年9特此授予您《国家文艺泰斗丰碑奖》荣誉称号。
2024年10月新疆第十一师美术家协会成立，当选为新一屇美术家协会主席。
2024年10月参加国际毕加索艺术，绘画大赛《总决赛》中荣获《金奖》。
2024年12月中国游泳中心水立方“釉上星彩”大型地面瓷绘集群展示项目荣获吉尼斯世界纪录挑战成功。
2025年3月出版世界高等艺术院校名师教学案例，陈席慧的钢笔画-水粉画出版。
2025年11月被当选为香港美术家协会副主席一职。
2026年4月授予您“强国先锋优秀代表人物”荣誉称号。
2026年6月被聘为香港美术家协会荣誉主席。
2026年6月鉴于您在弘扬祖国优秀传统文化，以及书画创作和艺术研究等领域做出的突出贡献，由全国书画艺术委员会，中国传统文化发展委员会，中国名家书画艺术院，中国人民书画艺术研究院联合评审，特授予您"中国国礼艺术大师"荣誉称号。
Chen Xihui, male, born in 1966, graduated from Xinjiang Education Institute with a major in art education in 1996, and has been engaged in art education for 41 years.
In April 2022, a special report on Chinese art figures was awarded the title of "People's Artist".
In May 2022, he was hired as a director by the China Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
In October 2022, he was named the pinnacle figure of Chinese art.
In December 2022, the World Art Yearbook 1922-2022 was awarded the title of International Artist Merit Honor!
In February 2023, I was hired as a senior (calligraphy and painting) researcher by the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association.
In September 2024, we hereby award you the honorary title of "National Literary and Artistic Master Monument Award".
In October 2024, the 11th Xinjiang Division Artists Association was established and elected as the chairman of the New Yiyi Artists Association.
In October 2024, he participated in the International Picasso Art and Painting Competition and won the "Gold Award" in the "Finals".
