陆国柱，男，字陆瀛，笔名凌霄，号:逍遥散人。中国书画函授大学毕业，政协书画院副院长，香港中国艺术报记者，上海百老讲师团团员，上海精武总会会员。武当山拳法研究会顾问，上海市道教协会第次、第四次及五次代表大会代表，一级气功师，一级书法家，武当山武当拳法研究会认证为武当龙门派三天门悟性气功第 25 代代表性传承人。

获:上海大世界吉尼斯总部认证;颁发创造世界吉尼斯之最九项吉尼斯之最纪录证书，被聘为第一次世界气功大会顾问(德国柏林)。
