王殿义，男，汉族，1955.3.2 日出生，祖籍黑龙江佳木斯。警察职业，一级警督，副处级，中共党员，毕业于中国逻辑与语言函授大学。曾担任内蒙古自治区第五监狱，内蒙古萨拉齐监狱管教大队大队长，警备大队大队长，防暴队队长等职务。曾两次荣立三等功。工作之余创作诗歌作品一千六百多首。获得国际，全国性诗文大奖赛一等奖至优秀奖 60 余次。并获 94“中国鲁迅奖”，获 94“中国诗歌奖”。创作国画作品一千余幅，发表一百余幅，获奖近百次。几百幅作品被国内外友人收藏。

经中共中央宣传部研究决定由主席评定、中华人民共和国文化和旅游部颁发“中国爱国艺术家”终身荣誉称号。被官方评审为：中国国礼艺术家。

Wang Dianyi, male, Han ethnicity, born on March 2, 1955, withancestral roots in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang. Police profession,first level supervisor, deputy department level, member of theCommunist Party of China, graduated from China CorrespondenceUniversity of Logic and Language. Formerly served as thecaptain of the Fifth Prison in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the disciplinary team of the Salaqi Prison in Inner Mongolia,the captain of the security team, and the captain of the riotprevention team. Has twice won third class merit. In my sparetime, I created over 1600 poems. Has won first prize toexcellent award in international and national poetry andliterature competitions more than 60 times. And won 94 "ChineseLu Xun Awards" and 94 "Chinese Poetry Awards". Created over 1000traditional Chinese painting works, published over 100 of them,and won nearly a hundred awards. Hundreds of works have beencollected by friends both domestically and internationally.

After research by the Propaganda Department of the CentralCommittee of the Communist Party of China, it has been decidedto be evaluated by the Chairman and awarded the lifelonghonorary title of "Chinese Patriotic Artist" by the Ministryof Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China.Officially recognized as a Chinese national ritual artist.

In 2015, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding ofthe United Nations, traditional Chinese paintings weresuccessfully exhibited at the United Nations headquarters inNew York, USA. There are two works on a tour in Asia. The worksare exhibited at the Hong Kong Museum of Art and eight provincesand cities nationwide. Exhibited at the Rongbaozhai Art Museumin Beijing.
