Guo Lihui (pen name Bai Yuan) is a member of the Beijing Chinese Celebrity Association, a member of the Central Television Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a special calligrapher and painter, an academician of the International Federation of Chinese and Overseas Chinese Painting Academy, a renowned painter and scholar, Professor Fan Zeng, a renowned writer and humanistic master, cousin of Bai Yang, the dean of the Chinese Sumen Painting Academy, a member of the Henan Calligraphers Association, a member of the Henan Artists Association, a special art consultant of Henan Normal University, and the vice chairman of the Huixian Artists Association and Calligraphers Association

In his youth, he studied under the renowned calligrapher and painter Professor Fan Zeng and pursued further education at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Skilled in running script, cursive script, clerical script, oracle bone script, as well as traditional Chinese painting of landscapes, flowers and birds. His works are rich and vast, with vivid and majestic brushstrokes. The work has been collected by the Great Hall of the People, the Chinese Celebrity Association, multiple governmentagencies in Beijing and the central government, as well as international friends, and has had a great influence both domestically and internationally.
